CASE is pleased to announce that as a follow up to "The Detox Diet" lecture with Edward Esko, we will be presenting "The Detox Diet Cooking Class" with Bettina Zumdick. This will be a great opportunity to learn how to prepare delicious and healthy foods that also detox and rejuvenate your body system.

Bettina Zumdick is a native of the Baltic Sea area of Germany. She started with macrobiotics in 1985 and studied Nutrition and Food Technology at the University of Muenster, Germany. In the U.S., she has studied at the Kushi Institute and in 1996 became a Kushi Institute teacher and counselor. Bettina has taught macrobiotics throughout Europe and the US, and is co-founder of the Soul and Spirit Center (soulandspiritcenter.com). Bettina is passionate about assisting others in their journeys of pursuing joy and health and we look forward to welcoming her for this special event.
