Mr. Esko is one of the leading teachers and practitioners of macrobiotic philosophy and health care. He is dedicated to improving the health of individuals, families, and communities. A student of macrobiotics who trained extensively with Michio Kushi for over thirty years and as vice president of the East West Foundation, he was a key personality in the start of the natural health revolution in the US. A knowledgeable and captivating speaker, Edward as lectured at the United Nations in NY and in over a dozen countries. He has authored/edited several dozen books, is founder of the One Peaceful World Press, founder and president of Quantum Rabbit LLC, (www.quantumrabbit.com) and co-founder of Amberwaves, (http://amberwaves.org) Edward is on the faculty of the Kushi Institutes in the Berkshires.
