Special thanks go out to Mr. Esko for his time and generosity in coming to Albany to give a lecture for us last weekend. We were also very pleased to welcome Bettina Zumdick, who will be offering a cooking class next weekend, Sunday October 3rd, to teach how to prepare delicious and healthy food that also detoxes your body.
